California Mobile Wallet: Built by Clear Purchase as an independent corporation, with CalAccount oversight.
Clear Purchase: We provide the Interoperability: Payroll, Bill Pay, Purchases, International Remittances.

- Private/Public Partnership Proposal presented to California State Treasurer Fiona Ma, chair of the CalAccount Blue Ribbon Commission.
